Frequently Asked Questions

Appointment Booking & Deposit
To secure your tattoo appointment, a non-refundable deposit of €60,- is required.
This deposit confirms your selected date and will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and scheduling commitments.

Hourly rate
My standard tattoo rate is €120,- per hour. The final price depends on the size, placement, level of detail, and overall complexity of the design. Tattoos featuring intricate linework, shading, or multiple colors may require additional time to complete.

Pricing Example
If your tattoo requires one hour to complete, the €60,- deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. In this case, the remaining balance of €60,- would be payable on the day of your appointment. Larger Projects & Multiple Sessions
For larger or more detailed tattoos, multiple sessions may be scheduled over a period of time. In such cases, your deposit will be deducted from the final session.

Design-Only Requests
If you are interested in commissioning a custom design, a deposit is required before work begins. Once the deposit is received, we can schedule your tattoo appointment. You will receive the design a few days prior to your appointment, allowing time for review and any necessary adjustments.

Design Rates
If you would like to receive your design in advance or prefer to commission a design without booking a tattoo appointment, I offer a separate design service at a rate of €25 per hour.
For example, a semi-complex half-sleeve design may require approximately 8 hours of drawing time, resulting in a total of €200. Please note that this fee covers the design work only and does not include the cost of tattooing.
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please feel free to get in touch via the contact form on this website.

Before Your Appointment
To ensure the best possible experience and optimal results, please follow these guidelines before your session:
Eat a proper meal before your appointment.
Stay well hydrated.
Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for at least 24 hours prior to your session.
Avoid excessive sun exposure or sunburn on the area being tattooed.
Get a good night’s rest.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.
Please bring valid identification if required. If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, inform me as soon as possible.
Proper preparation helps ensure a smooth session and better healing results.

Aftercare
Correct aftercare is essential to ensure your tattoo heals properly and maintains its quality.
After your appointment, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions. In general:
Keep the tattoo clean and follow the recommended washing routine.
Use only advised aftercare products.
Avoid swimming, saunas, and excessive sweating during the healing period.
Do not expose the tattoo to direct sunlight while healing.
Do not pick or scratch the tattoo during the healing process.
Healing times vary depending on the size and placement of the tattoo, as well as your skin type and overall health.
Following proper aftercare instructions is crucial to achieving the best healed result.

Touch-Up Policy
I take great care to ensure every tattoo heals beautifully. However, as skin types and healing processes vary from person to person, minor touch-ups may occasionally be necessary.
One complimentary touch-up is offered within 3 months of your appointment, provided that:
Proper aftercare instructions were followed
The tattoo has fully healed
The touch-up request is reasonable and related to normal healing
Touch-ups requested after this period, or those required due to improper aftercare, will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Tattoo Placement & Longevity
Certain areas of the body naturally experience more friction, movement, or exposure, which can affect how a tattoo heals and ages over time.
Please note:
Hands, fingers, feet, and areas with high friction may fade faster.
Fine line tattoos and very small details may soften over time.
White ink and very light colors tend to fade more quickly.
Sun exposure significantly impacts the longevity of your tattoo.
While I will always advise you on the best placement for longevity and clarity, final placement decisions are ultimately the client’s responsibility.
Protecting your tattoo with proper aftercare and regular sunscreen will help maintain its quality for years to come.

I look forward to bringing your vision to life.
